Move Better = Golf Better (Part 2) Do You Have Thoracic Rotation?

Golf is a rotative sport, a completely asymmetrical rotative sport. We need to make sure our rotation through the Thoracic spine is adequate and we can rotate close to equally from side-to-side. Lack of rotation can result in a less powerful swing or worse, damage to the low back.
