*Perform your prescribed Dynamic Mobility

Stability:

3x Rolling Plank (20secs each position)

 

Strength:

Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes perform:

6,8, or 10 push-ups depending on your level

 

MetCon:

AMRAP 10

10 Burpees

20 Stepback Lunges

30 Russian Twists
