Mike became interested in fitness after going through a less than healthy adolescence. He started working out in high school and eventually decided to study exercise physiology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. During college Mike worked in campus recreation as a trainer. During senior year he completed an internship with a division I strength and conditioning program. After graduation Mike worked as a clinical exercise specialist and photographer (Hookgrip), helping to document the sport of Olympic Weightlifting around the world. He moved to New Hampshire in August of 2016 to pursue a master’s degree in recreation management and policy at UNH. Mike graduated in May 2018 but wasn’t sure where he wanted to go next. “Fortunately I found an awesome, community-focused gym in Seacoast Strength & Conditioning and I’m very excited to be a part of the team!”
Help me welcome Mike to the team. We are lucky to have him.
