Seacoast Strength: NEW Group Classes

As you may have heard by now Seacoast Strength & Conditioning has grown in size with a 2,000 sqft expansion. This has also allowed us to grow our services and staff.

We are very excited to announce that we are now offering Small Group Classes! Why? Because we want to help as many people on the NH Seacoast as we can. Small Group Classes allow us to give quality training at a lower price point (just $99!) and add value and services to our Group Personal Training memberships.

The first class we will be offering is Metabolic Express or “MetEx”. MetEx is a 45-minute small group fitness class designed to improve your Metabolic Conditioning and helping members lose body fat, gain strength, and improve their overall fitness. MetEx Combines varying time domains, intervals, and unique equipment to target multiple energy systems in a fun and encouraging environment. Best of all you’re in-and-out in just 45 minutes.

Our Fall Schedule will offer 11 classes per week.

Monday: 9am & 5:15pm

Tuesday: 6am & 5:15pm

Wednesday: 9am & 5:15pm

Thursday: 6am & 5:15pm

Friday: 6am & 9am

Saturday: 9am

 

We are kicking off our MetEx schedule Saturday, October 27th @ 9am.

The best news is that everyone’s first class is just $5 followed by Unlimited Class Memberships at just $99. Those interested should enroll online on our Class Schedule and reserve a spot. Space in class is limited.
