Spring Youth Athletic Development Program (Starts 4/12)

The program will focus on speed and agility development and build the foundation by grooving movement patterns that will be required at the next level and beyond. This is a very critical time for establishing athleticism, reducing the risk of injuries, and keep youth conditioned.

Whether you have a student athlete looking to get an edge and make the most out of their playing career or have a child who enjoys physical fitness and wants to learn how to do it properly and join a safe and hardworking environment.

Individuals can join anytime but our next training block begins April 12th

Middle School: Monday’s and Wednesday’s @ 3:30-4:30pm

High School: Tuesday’s and Thursday’s @ 3:30-4:30pm

$199 Monthly or $550 for a Season Pass (12 weeks)

*Personal Training is also available for youth athletes
