Vacation Week Workouts You Can Perform Anywhere

Want to relax and enjoy a workout free vacation, DO IT! But, if you’re feeling guilty or want to keep a good habit going below are a few ideas of quick and easy workouts you can perform just about anywhere. Enjoy!

 

Day 1:

Stability:
4x30sec (each) Side Plank

MetCon:
4RFT:
75 Jumping Rope / Jumping Jacks
30 Walking Lunges
15 Push-ups

Day 2:

Stability:
20 Alternating Plank w/ Reach (slow and controlled)

MetCon:
Descending Ladder for time:
10 -1 (*perform 10 each, then 9 each, 8 each, etc.)
Burpees
Jump Squats

Day 3:

Strength: (if gym is available)
4 Rounds:
10 (each) Weighted Step-up (use a bench)
10 (each) Single Leg Deadlift (use a DB)
10 (each) Single Arm DB row

MetCon:
AMRAP 10
5 Pull-ups
10 Stepback Lunges
20 Russian Twists (just keep your arms long and hands clasped)
